There are three different methods for viewing your children online: ActiveX, Java, and JPG refresh. ActiveX is the best quality but requires Internet Explorer. You will also have to grant permissions for an ActiveX component to be installed on your computer. You will see security warnings. Java works in most internet browsers that have the java engine installed and is medium quality. JPG refresh is the simplest method that works on all browsers, but is the lowest quality. You will need a username ( your child's last name - all lowercase ) and a password ( four digit number ) to access the webcam. If you do not know your password, attempt to login to your account and your password will be emailed to you. Pick the version you prefer and enjoy.
